5 stars all around! I went to NeuMed because I was feeling extremely dehydrated and nauseous, and I had such a great experience from start to finish. Haley at the front desk immediately greeted me and took the time to explain the different IV therapy options, helping me choose the one that best fit what I was experiencing. Once I got checked in, I was taken to a private room with a heated massage recliner, which was honestly amazing when you’re not feeling well. There was also a personal TV and adjustable lighting, making it easy to relax during the treatment. One thing worth mentioning is that I absolutely hate needles. I am the person who has to look away during blood draws and shots like a little kid. Toyin, the nurse practitioner, immediately helped put me at ease. She was warm, calming, and took the time to talk with me about my symptoms instead of making me feel rushed. She offered several recommendations based on what I was experiencing, including adding a vitamin D3 shot. I am so glad I took her advice because I was able to add it on for only $15 during their special, and it felt like a great value. Jacob, the LMRT, got me set up and administered my vitamin D3 shot at the end, and he was wonderful as well. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me feel better. Most importantly, I walked in feeling visibly sick and left feeling significantly better. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Between the excellent staff, comfortable environment, and how much better I felt afterward, I can confidently say I’ll be back. Highly recommend NeuMed to anyone considering IV therapy or wellness services!

Everyone was super friendly, helpful and professional. From the reception, assistant and NP. The inside was incredibly clean and comfortable. I was in and out in just under 30 mins. My prescription had been sent to me and my selected pharmacy before I got home. I only live a few blocks away! Highly recommend if you ever have the need to use an emergency care facility.

The experience was amazing. Fatima was amazing at the front desk made everything seem easy. Brandon is awesome love him. We’ll always come back just to see him and Madi was amazing She really listened and have a welcoming smile

Medicare and UHC advantage plan were in network. I have been concerned about some of these urgent care place, but this was was GREAT. Needed stitches on my finger very professional. GREAT staff very pleased with their efforts

Omg I went straight from work for my annual and I was already impressed when I first signed up and became a member at the Durham location but I have to admit. The Spring Branch location is Top Tier. From the moment I walked in the front desk receptionist Maria was so kind and very professional and helpful in every way. Then not even 15 min in Brian saw me and was extremely helpful a and professional. And just when i thought that was all. Michelle came in and saw me and was so amazing. She didn’t try to rush me or talk over me and hurry the visit along and swear she’s so busy as most Drs do when u come to visit. She was so attentive and listened to all my “ Almost 40” concerns lol and she offered so much great advice .I must say I have NEVER in all my life living in Houston EVER been to any Urgent Care, Emergency Room, Dr. Visit etc where the entire team went above and beyond, were so professional and made you feel valued and taken care of. I came in tired from work and left feeling energized and even happier to be a Member! Nuemed is amazing but please know that from this day forward the Spring Branch location has become a fan favorite for me. And I will only be coming to any and all of my visits with them and them only😂😂 Michelle, Brian, & Maria are the dream team and the people needs to know!!! 5 Stars ain’t enough!!!!!
