The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. Dr. Clementine was absolutely amazing! She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and gave me great advice on how to help prevent future issues. I never felt rushed, and she genuinely cared about my health and concerns. I only wish I could have her as my primary care doctor. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional care.

I visited Next Level to receive treatment for a suspected upper respiratory infection and was treated by their MA Avani Mehta. She was incredibly thorough and very thoughtful when listening to my concerns regarding my autoimmune condition and how this illness affected me. She discussed my options for treatment thoroughly and let me decide, as well as writing me recommendations for over the counter care and supplemental prescriptions to assist in my already weakened immune system. I truly appreciate her care and concern, as opposed to many doctors I’ve seen who dismiss my symptoms or do the bare minimum, I felt truly cared for and that every base was covered here. It was also extremely affordable with my insurance and I will be coming again for any needs. Thank you so much ❤️
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful! The doctor was very through and helpful as well. There was barely any wait time. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because the nurse practitioner sent my prescription to a different location then the one I asked her to send it to. I told her which pharmacy and gave her the street name, but she got it wrong. I even asked if she needed the exact address and she said no. Other than that everything was great.
