I appreciate that my walk-in was accommodated and the wait time was communicated to me, as well as a polish change mid-appointment because I wasn't satisfied with the original color I chose. However, all of my tips are crooked and filed unevenly. My pointer finger in particular has an uneven ridge, and several nails are filed on a slant on one side but vertical on the other. $65 plus tip for uneven tips and flooded cuticles. It's even worse when I look at the backside. My ring finger has never been an issue, but the tip is so crooked it's not even remotely centered on my finger. I will be going to another salon to fix how lopsided everything turned out

We were all set for four of us to have pedicures and manicures done here; we even called ahead and made sure they would take us. When we got there the woman working at the front was extremely rude to us, practically yelling at us demanding we define EXACTLY what we want, telling us my daughters cannot have their nails done, telling us my 9 year old can’t have a pedicure because of her height—she’s been getting them for years. One of my daughters looked like she might burst into tears. I told my kids, loudly so she could hear me, that this woman was rude and we can go somewhere else, so we did! We discovered a brand new nail salon called VN Nails just a couple miles away from here and it was the most beautiful nail salons I had ever been to—go there! I would never come back to VIP Nail Salon ever again.

I went here for the first time last week. My first experience, I was greeted kindly and had good conversation while getting these nails done. I’ve had dip for years but wanted to try a new salon closer to home. I noticed the coating was thinner than normal but chalked it up to a new place. However, less than a week after this set was done I had the pointer finger nail break off up top. Mind you, I’ve had dip for years and never had this happen before. I called and asked if they’d fix it, to which they said yes but told me to be more careful. I noticed the break after driving. I was not doing anything rough to the nail to cause the break. I didn’t enjoy the accusation considering this was the first time they did my nails. I went in to get the fix. Again, greeted kindly. However, I feel like I might as well have kept the broken nail. The replacement is not smooth. It’s discolored with dark staining in the middle. A tip was put on the pointer to make its length match the rest of my natural nails. The tip is not flush with my natural nail causing this weird bulge, and causing my natural nail to catch on things like my hair. I’m not sure if I’ll be going back.

You won’t find a nicer nail salon, run by the sweetest family! Call ahead and you will be their number one priority! These people are the best! Gentle touch and so very kind! And they keep this salon very clean and beautifully decorated, such a relaxing atmosphere!!! A true Cape Coral gem❤️

Their pedicures are the best and they do not skimp on anything. I got three different massages did not rush and was very thorough.
