I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years and everyone is consistently pleasant. One thing I appreciate is they’ve pretty much had all the same staff, which is unusual in my experience at a nail salon. Mina always does a fantastic job, but I recently had a gelX fill and pedicure with Johnny and he was probably the best nail tech I’ve ever had! He worked really quickly, which I appreciate, but was also a perfectionist at the same time. I’m super picky so I was worried! He did not disappoint. I’ve had great experiences with everyone there. Definitely the best nail salon in the Fort Myers area!

I have never been the type to go to just one nail salon and see just one nail tech until I came here. Lulu is amazing and my nails have never looked better. They actually last a long time! I’ve had the dip nails on for more than a month, without so much of a crack or anything. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Fabulous! They do that newer Builder Gel that does peel like gel but better than acrylic. LULU & SEAN were great.

I went in today for the second time for a full pink and white acrylic set and added a pedicure. I even brought a picture of the nails I hoped for. My nails are okay, but not something to brag about. I tried twice to ask for changes. The first time the tech said 'wait', and the second time the response was something like 'better to tell me before...". The pedicure was very disappointing. The Deluxe Spa Pedicure billed as 1 hour, was closer to 40 minutes. The products and services were a far cry from those outlined in the services menu. Little work on the toes and feet and no foot massage. Leg massage was better. Left feeling cheated!! Premium prices for below average products and services.

I normally do not leave bad reviews but I would have done a better job doing my own nails. These are embarrassing but hopefully no one is looking at them that closely. Honestly my nails looked better before I walked in there. The nail polish was also laid on super thick and lumpy and it’s still not dry as I’m writing this 45 minutes later. Did a horrible job on my cuticles too. *The last picture is an update after one day. My nails are very hard so the paint always stays on well except for the middle nail that the tech filed down thinner than a piece of wax paper after asking him 2 times not to use the electric nail file because it makes my nails too thin, he said it wouldn’t but it did. My guess is also it was old nail polish that should have been thrown out not used on a customer, judging by the way it applied so thick and peeled so easily. People make mistakes and I would never leave a bad review if that was the case but a basic manicure and polish anyone working in a nail salon should be able to handle. This was just a case of laziness and not caring at all. The manicure was also $35 if anyone is wondering.
