The pharmacist filled our order on extremely short notice 30 minutes before closing. Outstanding service here. Other associates were very friendly and helpful. Definitely glad that Marco Island has two Walgreens and that this one is open later.

I visited Walgreens today to print photos during their 50% off photo promotion. I asked an employee, Michael, who mentioned he was new, how to apply the discount. He wasn’t sure and called for the store manager. I waited about 10–15 minutes, but the manager never came. Since I understand the holiday season can be busy, I decided to shop in the meantime using a 20% coupon I had.About an hour later, I returned to check out and asked about my instant-print photos. Michael told me they still weren’t ready because he didn’t know how to operate the photo equipment, and he also didn’t know why the coupon wasn’t working. Another employee in the store said they couldn’t help either. Michael called the manager again, and once again I waited — but Jennifer never came. In the end, I paid full price for my items and left the store without my photos because no one was able to process them. My concern is how the company allows new employees to work without proper training, and how the manager seems unavailable to support either the staff or customers. Overall, I left very disappointed.

Literally the rudest staff I have ever encountered in my life Sara especially needs coaching on how to deal with customers — all I can say is wow!! Wow wow—- rude rude rude!! Being kind to people is important !! Also using the F word is shocking you can do better Sara!!

David the cashier had great customer service!! Very attentive, smiled called my wife by her first name when he told us how many points we had. Store was clean, bright and had nice wide aisles. Store was quite as it was not season so it will probably be a lot busier with longer waiting in winter. Pretty good tourist section. Pricing seemed the same as non tourist Walgreens locations. I have been to one in Wisconsin Dells that had higher prices because of tourists. Not sure if pricing would be higher here in winters.

Bruce in pharmacy was extremely helpful. Over a period of several days, he diligently worked to get our discount card accepted, a savings of $100s to us. We're very grateful. Thank you Bruce!
