Winchester White Wimbledon have been fantastic from start to finish in letting out our apartment. The whole team have been genuine, transparent and easy to deal with, always keeping us updated without any chasing on our side. Jake and Filipa clearly know the local market well and the quality of tenants they brought through was excellent. The experience has been miles better than the typical high street brands we have used before. I would happily recommend Winchester White Wimbledon to any landlord looking for a professional agency they can actually trust.

I had a very disappointing experience renting through Winchester White (Wimbledon and Earlsfield branch). The apartment was handed over in poor condition, with several damaged items and maintenance issues present from the start. However, the check-in report did not accurately reflect the true condition of the property. A number of pre-existing issues were either omitted or incorrectly documented. At the end of the tenancy, responsibility for these damages was placed on me, despite them being present when I moved in. I had to formally dispute the proposed deductions. Thankfully, the adjudication process through mydeposits resulted in a fair decision. However, this situation could have been avoided with a transparent and accurate check-in process. Tenants should not have to go through a formal dispute to correct inaccurate reporting. I strongly recommend that future tenants thoroughly document everything with photos and videos at check-in. Very stressful and disappointing experience.

We arent professional landlords, but more landlords of circumstance. Selling our flat didnt work out, and so we decided to rent it out. From day one Winchester White have been supportive, proactive and always had our best interests at heart. Recently we tried again to sell the flat, and quickly Jake and the team proposed they try and find a short let to fill the gap between rental and sale. This is the sort of proactive thinking we valued, giving us options to move forward with, even when we didnt think there were any. Jake is a kind and competent lettings manager who i put full trust in, to deliver on our best interests. He took the stress out of property management whilst we were busy dealing with a new baby. We wont hesitate to use Winchester White in the future. Thanks again to the team.

We were looking to move within London, to get a bigger flat and we went through Winchester-White who have been great! We were supported by Sarah Wareham who made the experience super easy and stress free! We were always kept in the loop throughout the process and we had a great viewing of the flat with them! Would highly recommend.

As a newcomer to the UK and with being in search of my first rental property, it is always a challenge to find something suitable and to receive the correct advice and help. Coming across Winchester White in Wimbledon and being interested in a property marketed by them, I have found a place to call home. I have been assisted by Sarah Wareham from start to finish, and Sarah has been nothing but friendly, professional, accommodating and very helpful throughout the entire process. I can confidently say that I have had a positive experience and it will be a pleasure to work with Winchester White again in future.
