i attended an Acro clases few yrs back and the owner Made me sign some sheet of paper and put me in the corner while i watched while he did Acro with all the women, i was also the only guy in attendance. Felt like Time out, three classes this happened...felt awkward some and ripped off three times, safe to say i havent been back...also i Watched as some young girl got launched and poor thing Landed on her face n neck...the staff just watched and it was humiliating for them and this poor girl...the lack of care n professionalism was almost laughable...hope they improve tbh hha but likely wont
We did the beginner aerial yoga class with David - he was so patient. It was a unique, fun experience and I can’t wait to go back!
I began taking aerial and acro yoga classes at Yayso Yoga in February. Even though I had done some yoga for about a year, my experience at Yayso has been above and beyond. The environment is clean, welcoming, and friendly. David is a fantastic instructor, dedicated to helping students grow and learn. I am so pleased with the progress I've made in class in just a few months. I highly recommend Yayso Yoga to anybody looking to expand their practice in a fun, unique, empowering way!
