I've been attending breath work and sound healing at Yuj for nearly one year now. After a long battle with serious mental health I can truly say the work that sammi and tuddy have done has been life changing and quite possibly life saving. If you are a male wondering if this sort of place is for you I say come and have a go. There's a great mix of men and women attending with lots of couples coming along as well. This place is absolutely awesome.
For me, Yuj has become so profoundly important. I’ve found a community connected to the nourishment of the soul, a safe place to heal, an authentic beginning to enlightenment. The wide range of services offered ticks every box. Whether it’s fitness for the mind, body or soul, incorporating yoga, sound healing, boxing, breathe work, sauna or ice bath, Yuj does it with genuine care and knowledge. Attention to detail is obvious from your first step in the door. This is a beautiful place which has been created with so much love. I feel truly grateful to have found my path to self discovery here. I recommend it to everyone, no matter what stage you’re at in your life, you will be so welcomed.
